Join us for a weekend escape at this luxury home! 

Retreat to the ultra-modern Coast Is Clear luxury beach home and discover award-winning design, spectacular views, and a dazzling resort-style pool. Notable features include multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, a private commercial-grade elevator, dual bedroom suites with views all the way out to the Gulf Of Mexico, built-in bunk beds, and grand balconies overlooking the neighborhood and the Gulf Of Mexico.

The first floor boasts an industrial-style game room with a pool table and built-in wet bar, a full-size paneled fridge, and glass windows flowing seamlessly out to the rear pool deck. The pool area has a jetted spa for sitting and a covered outdoor living area with a grill.

The second floor is the focal point of indoor living space with a sleek contemporary living room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows to soak in natural light and gulf views, a built-in entertainment center with floating shelves, and an opening to the kitchen & dining room for optimal flow. Coast Is Clear guests enjoy private beach access at the Hollywood Street beach entrance.
